Residential Management Concepts Administrative team will work to ensure that the following needs & more are met promptly for all clients:
- Facilitate correspondence as required by the Board of Directors or by Statute
- Maintain filing systems of association’s official records
- Administer resale applications, create new ownership records and files
- Annual Meeting Assistance
- Administer and Develop of Association Web Sites
- Respond to all telephone inquiries and work order requests
- Prepare general correspondence on behalf of the Board of Directors
