Residential Management Concepts was established in 1993 by the Late Owner & CEO, Gary Palombi, and his wife Marie Palombi, who over the years, grew the business from managing just a few communities on his own, to hiring a full management, finance & maintenance team. As the now President and principal owner of the company, Marie Palombi has successfully managed a property management company for over 30 years and has been a resident of Florida for more than 30 years. The knowledge of Florida law and statutes, building and construction, landscaping and ground maintenance amassed by our staff will certainly be an asset to your community.
